In addition to his four children and wife, Jane of 20 years, James considers himself blessed to have been born and raised in Northern Nebraska where a strong work ethic and personal integrity is still the law of the land. He grew up hunting the merriams turkey, whitetail deer and greater prairie chicken with his father and family, harvesting several 150+ whitetails by the age of 20. This, combined with his nearly 20 years of outfitting experience in this part of the world, gives him the experience necessary to manage these private properties to insure optimal long term trophy harvest and good landowner relations. Additionally, his worldwide travels as a professional hunter, consultant, videographer and TV producer, means he gets an inside look at other top outfitting camps around the world. Bringing this information back to Nebraska means James and his camp staff know what it takes to deliver world class service to their clients.

But in all my travels, I still like guiding a hunter to their first turkey, chasing a big whitetail, hunting for "The Prairie King", or just hanging out with the crew at Gobble n Grunt the best!
